What to include

A useful report usually answers four things: which page you were on, which browser and version you were using, what you did, and what you expected to happen instead. If a conversion produced the wrong output, the settings you used matter more than a screenshot of the result.

What we can help with

• Bugs: a tool that fails, hangs, or produces broken output on a specific file or browser.
• Privacy questions: what the site does and does not collect, and how to verify it yourself.
• Content corrections: an error in one of the guides, or a translation that reads badly in your language.
• Feature requests: a character ramp, export format or font you would like added.

This is a small project maintained in spare time, so replies are not immediate. Reports with enough detail to reproduce the problem get handled first, because they are the ones that can actually be fixed.
