These are the small marks people use to frame a bio or break up a username — no colour, no emoji, just typography.
Every symbol here is one character from an old Unicode block, which means it survives username fields, form inputs and platforms that strip emoji.

Questions
Which of these are safe in a username?
The plain punctuation — dots, bullets, dashes — gets through most filters. Corner brackets and geometric shapes are usually fine in a display name and usually blocked in a handle.
Why does my bio lose the brackets when I save it?
Some platforms normalise full-width and CJK punctuation, or strip anything outside a small allowlist. If a character vanishes on save, it was filtered, not broken.
Do these hurt accessibility?
Decorative symbols do get read aloud by screen readers, one by one. A couple is fine; a row of twenty turns your bio into noise for anyone using one.
